Your search for the best reusable K-Cup begins and ends with Delibru.
Why?
If you've ever used a reusable Keurig K-Cup before, you're probably familiar with the common pain points among the many, many options out there:
- Only compatible with some Keurig brewers (frustratingly, not yours!)
- Not sized exactly right
- Only fits in your brewer when you insert it at juuuust the right angle
- And if everything above is fine, you end up with grounds in your cup
You bought your Keurig for convenience. Nothing about these reusable K-Cups has been convenient!
Instead of giving up your search and going back to the same bland Caribou Coffee K-Cup you've been drinking every day for years, just get the Delibru Reusable K-Cup.
Here's what makes Delibru different:
- Their reusable K-Cups fit Keurig 1.0 and Keurig 2.0 brewers, plus the new K-Classic Series brewers like the K-Elite, K-Select, and K-Classic (except the K-Mini and K-Mini Plus)
- Have one of new K-Mini or K-Mini Plus brewers? The Delibru Bundle below includes the required adapter.
- There's no "right way" to insert their reusable K-Cup because every way is the right way. Delibru's reusable pods have an omni-directional bottom that fits perfectly no matter how you pop them in your brewer.
- Delibru's customer service is second to none, combining small business personal touch with the speed and resources of a larger company.

- Universal compatibility with every Keurig 1.0, Keurig 2.0, and new K-Classic series brewer
- Perfect fit no matter how you insert it
- Leak-free design ensures no grounds end up in your cup
- Delibru Universal Bundle has everything you could ever need, including paper filters and water filter cartridges
- Incredibly responsive customer service
- The Universal Bundle is only available in a gift set (but on the plus side, it's like you're sending yourself a gift!)
- More expensive than the Delibru K-Cup above because it includes the adapter, which you only need if you have a K-Mini or K-Mini Plus
The same great product as our top-ranked Delibru Reusable K-Cup, except this one includes a bunch of extras.
What's included?
- 2 reusable K-Cup pods
- 1 universal fit adapter for K-Mini and K-Mini Plus brewers
- 2 water filter cartridges (because great water is the secret to great coffee)
- A whole mess of paper filters for a cleaner, crisper cup
And you won't believe the price.
This bundle is marketed as a gift box, but you don't have to buy it as a gift for someone else. Just buy it as a gift to yourself and savor cheaper, fresher, and more flavorful coffee while enjoying the convenient coffee experience Keurig users love.

- Made by Keurig to fit their own brewers
- My K-Cup Universal fits all Keurig brewers
- Much more expensive than other reusable K-Cups
- Keurig doesn't sell paper filters for use in their reusable K-Cup
It's not just third-party brands that make reusable K-Cups. Keurig also makes their own versions.
After all, who knows Keurig coffee makers better than Keurig.
But be careful when purchasing a Keurig brand reusable K-Cup, because they sell three different types:
- Keurig My K-Cup for Keurig 1.0 brewers
- Keurig 2.0 My K-Cup for Keurig 2.0 brewers
- Keurig My K-Cup Universal for all brewers, including the new K-Classic Series
The My K-Cup Universal is a four-piece assembly:
- Filter basket
- Filter holder, which the basket goes inside
- Lid, which secures to the filter holder
- Adapter, which snaps onto the bottom for Plus Series brewers
I can hear you asking the big question now:
"If Keurig makes their own reusable K-Cup and it's compatible with every Keurig coffee maker, why isn't it number 1?"
Primarily price.
The Keurig My K-Cup Universal (and their other Keurig 1.0 and Keurig 2.0-specific versions) all cost a lot more than the Delibru Reusable K-Cup.
Plus, Keurig doesn't sell compatible paper filters. You can buy them from other companies, but now you're using two different companies for one reusable K-Cup. It's almost always easier to go with the one company that does it all: Delibru.

- Quality, feature-rich design for reliable use
- Complete emptying of the K-Cup means full, stronger cups
- Requires Freedom Clip to be used with pod-scanning Keurig 2.0 brewers
- Not compatible with Plus model brewers
K&J's quality reusable K-Cups have all of the features you're looking for:
- Tight-fitting lid to prevent leaks
- Diffusion cone inside for even wetting and extraction
- BPA-free plastic
- Mesh bottom (not plastic) for complete emptying
What they don't have is universal compatibility.
K&J's Reusable K-Cup is a great option if you have a Keurig 1.0 brewer.
They're a decent option if you have non-Plus model Keurig 2.0 brewers (K200, K250, K425, K475, K525, K575).
K&J's reusable K-Cup will work with non-Plus Keurig 2.0's, but you need a Freedom Clip. Thankfully, the bundle shown here includes that clip.
K&J is a quality brand that makes an affordable, high-quality reusable K-Cup, but objectively it falls short of the two above, especially the similar-but-more-versatile Delibru.

- One of the more well-known brand names
- Solid value
- Not compatible with Keurig 2.0 brewers
- Performance and quality are above average but other brand names brew better, cleaner coffee
Perfect Pod is one of the more well-known names in the reusable K-Cup game.
They make 2 types of reusable K-Cups:
- K-Cups compatible with all Keurig brewers (require paper filters)
- K-Cups compatible with just Keurig 1.0 and new K-Select models
This item is Type 2, which I chose over the paper filter model for 2 reasons:
- It's easier to use with no paper filters required.
- There are other universal Keurig 2.0-compatible K-Cups like the Delibru Reusable K-Cup and the Keurig My K-Cup Universal.
That positions this model as a solid value for people who use non-Keurig 2.0 brewers.

- Quality, feature-rich design for reliable use
- Complete emptying of the K-Cup means full, stronger cups
- Full 90-day money-back guarantee
- Only compatible with Keurig 1.0 brewers (unless you use Freedom Clips)
- Mesh screen isn't especially durable

- Same design as other reusable K-Cups, including a well-sealing lid and BPA-free plastic
- Compatible with almost every Keurig coffee maker
- Lower-quality construction and more prone to warping
- Mesh lets too many grounds through, so you really need the paper filters
GoodCups Reusable K-Cups are compatible with all Keurig 1.0 and 2.0 machines as well as the new K-Classic Series (except the K-Mini, K-Mini Plus, and K-Duo).
They have the same basic design as most other reusable K-Cups:
- Sealable lid
- BPA-free plastic filter basket with mesh lid
Where the GoodCups version falls short is the mesh's permeability. It lets too many coffee grounds through and into your cup.
Other reusable K-Cups above work with paper filters for a cleaner cup, but with the GoodCups Reusable K-Cup you really need them.

- Stainless steel construction is more durable than plastic
- Not compatible with Plus Series brewers (K200, K250, K425, K475, K525, K575) or new Keurig K-Duo or K-Mini brewers
- More expensive and only get 1 reusable K-Cup
- Needs to be inserted in the correct position
- Clogs easily
A different take on reusable K-Cups, Fill N Save's version is 100% stainless steel.
Like many other reusable K-Cups, the Fill N Save Stainless Steel version is compatible with almost all Keurig models but won't work with Keurig 2.0 Plus brewers or the new K-Mini, K-Mini Plus, or K-Duo.
What makes stainless steel different than plastic?
- Stainless steel is more durable
- Stainless steel generally is more expensive
Aside from that, there's no tangible advantage to a stainless steel reusable K-Cup.
As for Fill N Save's reusable K-Cup design? There's plenty to talk about there.
While you get better durability with this stainless steel reusable K-Cup, you sacrifice both ease of use and coffee quality.
First, the K-Cup has to be placed in your machine in just the right position in order to work properly. Admittedly, this isn't a huge deal once you get the hang of it, but it also means this version isn't as intuitive and user-friendly, especially if it's being used as a shared accessory for an office break room or a large family.
Second, the lid dumps water in a little too quickly, resulting in a frustratingly high number of clogs. Clogged filter baskets mean watery messes, and no one wants that.
The Fill N Save reusable K-Cup is the best stainless steel model available (if that's what you're looking for) but it isn't as good as the many BPA-free plastic options above. And, ultimately, the stainless steel advantage on such a small, inexpensive accessory is negligible in our eyes.
